Being born and raised in Miami has offered Mr. Ward the richness of a cultural melting pot that prepared him to enhance the uniqueness of each person he meets. Mr. Ward graduated from Miami Killian Senior High and went on to Alabama State University, where he played football in addition to earning my B.S. degree in Mathematics.
After graduating from Alabama State University, Mr. ward worked at an Engineering/Architectural firm for three years. Mr. Ward felted compelled to help mold the young men in his community into men, so he needed to serve as a role model. In 2007 he left his job to coach High School football. That change defined a career that allowed him to put his two passions together which are teaching Math and working with youth.

This Is Who I Am
I am not the thoughts of carnality which once plagued my mind: I’m not this skin, the flesh which desires what it wants against what God has planned;
I am a part of God’s Kingdom and now I do understand: I am a temple where The Most High lives, a building not made of human hands!
Shaundrika Hall native Floridian residing in the city of Fort Lauderdale. From my early years as an adolescent I have taken an interest in being active in the community, being involved with the youth and my peers. Whether after school tutoring, mentoring and encouraging peers through poetic expression, Junior Achievement Society, Troop Leadership in Girl Scouts of America or community work ethic programs such as the Boys and Girls Club; the passion for youth growth and success to overcome obstacles/adversity has always resided within me. As a young adult I’ve had careers and affiliations with the Financial and Accounting industries through Banking, Mortgages, Auto Finance, Travel, and Spanish Television Media. I enjoy people; the outdoors; traveling; assisting and inspiring those that are less fortunate, to be and do their very best to end the continuous cycle of “I Can’t,” because we all “Can,” with helping hands. Being raised in a strong faith-based home, I was baptized and received Christ as My Personal Lord and Savior in the early stages of life. Having a strong belief and faith in prayer, I was able to become an effective leader and mentor in my church. During my tenor of service there I served under the leadership of the late Dr. Mack King Carter, participating in the church’s Girl Scout Ministry, the Cherubs Choir, Young Adult Choir, Youth/Young Adult Usher Board, Hospitality Committee, Youth-Counseling-Youth Ministry, and The Bible Training Union Ministry. In 2013 I rededicated my life to Christ and became an active member of Grace Holy Temple Outreach Ministry where I serve as ordained Evangelist and Minister. As an active board member, I currently am positioned as Ministerial Director of Administrations and Accounting; as well as Youth Services Coordinator. I am an alumni and graduate of Florida Atlantic University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida; where I received a Bachelorette of The Arts Degree in Accounting with a Minor of Finance in May of 2003. In the furtherance of my biblical and theological education I have attended The Grace Holy Temple Outreach Ministry Preparation Course for Christian Scholars and Galilee Ministries University. From my youth I recognized that I was different, but not until later did I gain true knowledge that those that are different can make a world of a difference. In life there may be several occurrences which lead up to that final turning point; simply because when the signs are occurring our intentions are usually elsewhere. Whatever your turning point, don’t give up; for the most valuable things are created under pressure. My life has been purposed for this time. A time to first serve God, then my fellow brethren with the same mind, same accord, same love, patience, compassion, humility, longsuffering, temperance, and humbleness for the greater good of this generation and generations to come.
Born in the beautiful Island of Antigua W.I, my family moved to the United States when I reached the age of 5, where we settled down in what you may call down south-Miami Florida. My parents worked hard to raise myself, sister and brother. Given excellent values and opportunity I completed high-school and ventured off into the college world where I studied music theory and Music education at Miami Dade Kendall Campus. A few years later I was given the opportunity to continue my education and attended Florida Computer College. I later became a proud father of Two beautiful children. Raising kids as a single parent has been challenging at time but also a blessing. Wouldn't trade it for the world. I am an active member of the praise team and a song writer. I challenged myself in putting all of my skills and talents to use and offer them to the disposal of all who may need me. (Another word for money is talents) I value the education of our youth and young adults and encourage them to strive for higher education. As a role model I offer our youth a person who has gone through real life struggles and give myself as an example of how to overcome barriers that may slow down progress in society. Because of my desperation in raising my children, failing them was not an option. Dedication to them keep me pushing forward. With the help of God, and not on my own strength, I was able to overcome many life's obstacles to be the example to our youth. My role as a mentor means a lot to me and as I dedicate myself to our up coming emerging leaders, I also must walk the path of integrity and strength.
